Founders & Management Team:

Thomas Green (CEO) and Emily Jacobs (COO) co-founded this project. Both have over 20 years of experience in environmental engineering and waste management solutions. The team includes logistics managers and sustainability experts.

History of Past Funding Requests:

In 2020, they secured €250,000 in government grants to launch the waste management pilot. The funds were used for acquiring recycling machinery (€150,000) and setting up an initial waste collection network (€100,000).

Business Case:

Urbanization and industrial growth in developing regions are driving the need for more effective waste management. Our waste management unit offers recycling, composting, and waste-to-energy solutions to reduce landfill use and environmental harm. The global waste management market is expected to reach €350 billion by 2027.

Shareholding Structure:

The founders hold 65% of the company (Thomas: 35%, Emily: 30%), while the remaining 35% is held by the local government and early investors.

Marketing Strategy:

We will partner with local municipalities and businesses to offer waste collection and recycling services. A public awareness campaign will promote recycling and composting, focusing on urban areas.
